Not medical advice
Care-Full is not a medical service and is not a substitute for a doctor or pharmacist. It stores and shows information that you enter or confirm. It does not diagnose, treat or tell you what to take. Always check the original label or prescription, and ask a doctor or pharmacist if you're unsure. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Scanned documents can be wrong
Documents are read by an AI service, which can misread handwriting, blurry photos and abbreviations. That's why you must review every field before it's saved. You're responsible for checking that what you save matches the original.
Free trial
Care-Full is currently a free trial. Paid plans are coming later, and we'll tell you before anything is charged. Features may change, appear or go away during the trial. [TO CONFIRM: what happens to trial data when paid plans start.]
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Only add information about people you're entitled to look after or keep records for.
- Don't try to read other accounts' data, overload the service, or use it to break the law.
Limits
Each account can have up to 30 documents read per 24 hours. We may change limits during the trial. [TO CONFIRM: warranty disclaimer, limit of liability, governing law and how disputes are handled. These need a lawyer's review before this page is final.]
Ending your use
You can delete your documents and profiles yourself at any time. Deleting is permanent. [TO CONFIRM: when we may suspend or close an account, and how we'd tell you.]
